We are closing to the finish line! We found out the hard way how complicated it is to build new restaurant in Los Angeles County! Just the permit process took us about year. Solving obstacle after obstacle. Now we are at the point that one last obstacle needs to be solved (hopefully the last one). It is about mechanical on our roof. The city is concerned about the weight. So while we did everything by the plans which were approved by the city (and drawn by architect) we have to do some adjustments now.
I am afraid to say the date of our opening, but hopefully it should really be weeks now.
