If you visit Torrance market you can talk to McKay in person. He is there almost every Saturday. So if you wonder why he suddenly doesn’t have lettuce, he will explain that it is too hot and lettuce doesn’t handle heat too well. These are the challenges of organic farming, but at the same time guarantee of the best tasting produce!
We love Smith Farm for all their produce! Not every farmer is so dedicated to organic. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, beets, zucchini, radishes… But probably what we love the most is their organic lettuce!
